Dalton Restoration Group does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, unresolved sources, or conditions outside the approved scope of work.
Services may include water damage restoration, structural drying, fire and smoke cleanup, odor control, carpet cleaning, and limited mold-related response where allowed under applicable Florida requirements. Larger or regulated mold remediation projects are referred to, or coordinated through, the appropriate Florida-licensed path.
Customers are responsible for providing safe access, securing pets and personal items, identifying known hazards, maintaining utilities when needed for drying or service, and approving any changes to the scope of work before additional work is performed.
Estimates, recommendations, and service timelines are based on available information and may be revised as conditions are documented.
